Wichita State announces two executive-level retirements

April 3, 2024 — Wichita State University has announced two executive-level retirements for 2024.

Duerksen amphitheater mural will celebrate Wichita State's Hispanic influences

April 3, 2024 - A mural titled “Adelante Juntos – Forward Together,” will cover the Duerksen Fine Arts Center Amphitheater soon. The mural, and the collaboration that informs the work by muralist Nathalia Gallego, will recognize the contributions of Hispanic people to the university and community.

Solomey and Kabler, though, aren’t so sure that the popular idea of protecting the planet with a sunshade is as simple as some propose.
